KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform quality inspection on skirts & baths.
• Joining & finishing of baths.
• Ensure all health, safety, quality & environmental regulatory requirements are always adhered to.
• Ensure production targets are achieved.
• Process controls and housekeeping.
• Continuous improvements to ensure product quality & customer satisfaction.
• Preform ad hoc tasks as & when required.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum qualifications: Matric or equivalent NQF level.
• Previous spray-painting experience / knowledge will be an advantage
• Must be able to work in a team.
• Correctly follow process controls and correct deviations.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Willing to work long hours and overtime when required.
• Shift work will be applicable for this position.
• Confident, self-managed and disciplined.
• Attention to detail.
• Work under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
• Good planning, organizational & communication skills
